After years of preparation and planning, Grammy Rose's Bed & Breakfast in Washington County PA is a dream realized for Tim and Rose.

Rose is a florist and wonderful grandmother - hence, the name Grammy Rose's - who loves her family and pretty things. Tim is an tavern owner and entrepreneur who loves Rose. Together they have meticulously crafted a unique lodging experience in a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The guestrooms, named for the four grandaughters, have been lovingly appointed by Rose herself with hand-picked furnishings, antiques, and luxurious linens. Recently added was the gazebo (pictured above), perfect for relaxing or socializing during your stay.
